This should be marketed to the people who frequent cruise lines.
Luxurious and inexpensive they could fit 11-12 ocean liners worth of passengers onto this single haven for opulence and worry free relaxation.

Many years ago, National Lampoon published a great article on the proposed ocean liner U.S.S. Tyrannic. It was about 5000 feet long and other dimensions were in scale. 1972, I believe.
