I can’t imagine even attempting to train an aloof cat to make coffee. A dog at least would care enough to try. A cat would indicate you could do it yourself.

A couple of my shepherds watched everything I did. Sometimes they would paw and nose my tools. They would carry a tool bag for me. When I went for a dive in the ocean one always wanted to help with the paddle board. I always thot if they had a couple of fingers they’d pick up a hammer.
