‘Israel will not live to see another 15 years’ says Iran’s Supreme Leader
The Jewish Chronicle ^ | 05/26/2026 | Ali Hamedani

Iran’s new supreme leader has declared “Israel will not live to see another 15 years” in a chilling affirmation of the Islamic Republic’s enmity towards the Jewish state.

“Death to Israel” and “Death to America” remain the regime’s slogans, according to the statement from Mojtaba Khamenei aired on Tuesday morning by Iran’s state broadcaster.

The rhetoric echoes the claim a decade by his father Ali Khamenei, the previous Supreme Leader, that Israel would not survive another 25 years.

The comments come as an Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commander told the JC that the “biggest mistake” of the regime’s enemies was killing the elder Khamenei.

The son is reported to have authorised negotiations with President Trump’s administration, but also appears determined to reassure the regime’s hardline ideological base.

In his statement broadcast today in Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei said that the slogans “Death to America” and “Death to Israel” would “continue to be the slogans of the Islamic Ummah, especially its youth”.

He continued: “The region will not return to past conditions, and Washington will no longer have a safe place to maintain military bases in the region.”

Mojtaba Khamenei has not been seen publicly since he took the position of Supreme Leader, replacing his father who was killed in an air strike on Tehran on the opening day of the recent campaign by the US and Israel…

Israel announced it is seeking a new 20-year security tax dollar con with the United States
that replaces the current 10-year memorandum of understanding (MOU) that expires in 2028.

Israel is aiming to solidify billions more in US tax dollar military aid until 2048.

The proposal requests at least $4 billion more in annual military
assistance which for years is wholly financed by US tax dollars.

Also includes provisions focusing on access to US research, development, and defense technology.

Let’s hope it’s more like 15 days rather than years (even weeks would be barely tolerable)

It’s starting to become a question of whether — should Israel ever lose a war and go down — the next democrat president would accept Israeli refugees into the U.S.

Jews fleeing extermination might be the first category of refugees that modern democrats would bar, starting with anyone who served in the IDF. Or the ultra-Orthodox set, because they would be deemed right wing extremists. At a minimum, extreme vetting would probably be the rule.

FDR gives them the precedent. I am acquainted with a Jewish American woman, staunchly conservative and with a distinguished career, who is here because her family fled the Nazis before WWII, couldn’t get into the U.S., and ended up finding refuge in China, then mostly under Nationalist control.

Jan_Sobieski I would wager that Iran will no longer exist as an entity in 15 years. Possibly Persia, but not Iran.

or maybe you want to eliminate the non-Persians??

btw, the Mazani (or Mazandanis), Baloch, Pashtun, Kurds, Lurd, and Gilak are all "Iranian peoples" - like the Tajiks or the Ossetians

OR, do you mean you want to remove the other 30 administrative divisions of Iran and leave Fars?

Parsa / Persia only refers to the specific province. Besides the mention in the carving I posted above which dates from Achaemenid times, you can also find examples of the Achaemenids drawing a distinction between Persian and Aryan (meaning Iranian in an ethno-linguistic sense), in the phrase "I am [king's name and titles], an Achaemenid, a Persian, son of a Persian, an Aryan, having Aryan lineage." Persian is used to specify relation to the province while Aryan indicates a broader identity

This reads as

A great god is Ahuramazda, who created this earth, who created yonder sky, who created man, who created happiness for man, who made Darius king, one king of many, one lord of many.

I am Darius the great king, king of kings, king of countries containing all kinds of men, king in this great earth far and wide, son of Hystaspes, an Achaemenid, a Persian, son of a Persian, an Aryan, having Aryan lineage.

King Darius says: By the favor of Ahuramazda these are the countries which I seized outside of Persia; I ruled over them; they bore tribute to me; they did what was said to them by me; they held my law firmly; Media, Elam, Parthia, Aria, Bactria, Sogdia, Chorasmia, Drangiana, Arachosia, Sattagydia, Gandara, India, the haoma-drinking Scythians, the Scythians with pointed caps, Babylonia, Assyria, Arabia, Egypt, Armenia, Cappadocia, Lydia, the Greeks, the Scythians across the sea, Thrace, the sun hat-wearing Greeks, the Libyans, the Nubians, the men of Maka and the Carians.

The very earliest written references to a place that we would translate as Persia comes from the Assyrian court annals of King Tiglath-Pileser III in 744 BC:
I placed my [official] as governor over the land of Parsua and my [official] as governor over the land of Bit Hamban. These lands I annexed to Assyria.

In the larger context of how various conquered lands are listed in the Assyrian annals, we know that this Parsua was not located in the same geographic location associated with Persia for most of its history. Instead, it seems to have been somewhere further north in the south-central Zagros mountains. The first reference to Persia as located roughly in the area of modern Fars comes a century later with this record from the annals of another Assyrian king, Ashurbanipal, in 639 BC

When Kurash, king of Parsumash, heard of the mighty victory, which I had inflicted on Elam with the help of Ashur, Bel, Nabu and the great gods, my lords, and that I had overwhelmed the whole of Elam like a flood, he sent Arukku, his eldest son, together with his tribute, as hostage to Nineveh, my lordly city, and implored my lordship.
This "Kurash" appears to be Cyrus I, grandfather of the more famous Cyrus the Great. This shift in Persian territory makes sense in the politics of its time. The Persians had been annexed by Tiglath-Pileser many years earlier, and Ashurbanipal carried out a brutal campaign against the Elamites, the dominant culture of southern Iran before the Persians, for most of the 650s-640s BCE. Letters to Ashurbanipal from the Elamite puppet kings he tried to install reference raiders with linguistically Iranian names, apparently under the impression that Assyria had the authority to call them off. Both a personal seal dated to that period and the Cyrus Cylinder, commissioned by Cyrus the Great, reference how the early Persian kings were based in Anshan, one of the traditional Elamite capitals. So after sometime in the 640s, the area in and around modern Fars became "Persia" forevermore.

Approximately 1.8 million Jewish adults, just under one-third
of the total Jewish electorate, live in twenty-five congressional districts.

National Profile of the Jewish Electorate, May 2020

Of the top twenty-five districts by Jewish population, nearly half are in New York —
NY10, NY-3, NY-12, NY-17, NY4, NY-9, NY-6, NY-8, and NY11.

The remaining districts with Jewish populations are found in seven states including Florida, California, Illinois, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. FL-21 has the greatest number of Jewish adults at 152,000.

With the exception of NJ-4, these districts are represented by Democrats and all but two (NJ-4 and NJ-5) are Democratic-leaning districts.

American Jewish voters and campaign donors historically align with and donate heavily to the Democratic Party, with roughly 70% of Jews identifying as or leaning Democratic because of unwavering Democrat support for Jewish liberal values, such as abortions with the government picking up the tab, the gay agenda, social welfare, prayer in schools, pluralism, and church-state separation.

US Jews allegiance to the Democratic Party is driven by a commitment to liberalism, and that Democrats represents the Jewish community’s ultra-liberal values.

Pro-Israel Tax Dollar Funding: pro-Israel lobbying groups (like AIPAC’s United Democracy Project) direct significant funding toward Democratic primaries to influence foreign policy positions......particularly foreign policy wrt tax dollar billions to subsidize Israel’s military, economy and its generous social welfare system

The majority of individual Jewish donations go to Democrats. (Pew Research Center)

The earliest use of the term “Iran” or its original “Airyaman” or land of the Aryans predates the Assyrian conquest of Elam.

You can see this in the Rig Veda (1500 BC) and the Avestan Gathas of Zoroastrianism (1200 BC) — both the Iranians and the north Indians are the only “Aryans” (Nordics are NOT Aryan nor Aryan-speakers) — the term being Aryaman and Airyaman respectively.

After the Arab conquests, Eran largely dropped out of use in the written record, but was clearly still used locally because it resurfaced in Modern Persian under the Mongol Ilkhanate, which sometimes referred to itself as Iranzamin (The Lands of Iran) in official records

The U.S. has provided over $124 billion in cumulative military assistance since 1946, with annual aid structured via 10-year Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), most recently $38 billion from 2019–2028.

So what?

The U.S. sends $33 billion PER YEAR to the utterly useless welfare island of Puerto Rico.

Israel invents cutting edge military tech - and shares it with us. Israeli scientists are working with the Pentagon to develop Trump's 'Golden Dome' missile defense. Israel provides critical intelligence to protect the U.S. and its interests around the world.

Puerto Rico gives us....Bad Bunny.

Both Israel and Iran will exist until Iran with Russia and Co. invade Israel, loses, and goes limping back 1/6th its size.

Israel will live long after Iran’s Supreme Leader is dead and gone...

Oh, shut up.

The infamous 9/11 attack was fomented in Israel’s backyard....

Yet we heard not a single word of warning from our so-called “Mideast ally.”

Israel’s too busy gobbling up mega-billions of US tax dollars ...... to actually “protect” us.

Iran’s new supreme leader.... “Israel will not live to see another 15 years”

God in Jeremiah 31:35..... Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name:

36 If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the Lord, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.

There are currently more than 8 billion people alive. Not a single individual among them can say for certain that he or she will be alive 15 years from now. Life has no guarantees.

But the Iranians may calculate that either in 2028 or 2032 a Democrat will win the White House and within a year of that Iran will be able to nuke Tel Aviv and Haifa. (I doubt they will nuke Jerusalem because of the Muslim structures on the Temple Mount.)
