Not a chance it hits 250 M in a week. Maybe by the end of its run.
“The Devil Wears Prada 2 has become a massive box office hit, grossing over $440 million globally as of mid-May 2026, outperforming the original film’s entire run in less than two weeks”
And that’s a chick flick
No way it outperforms Nolan
BARF.
She does not look terribly Greek.
It’s okay.
She can do it in White Face.
The face that launched 1,000 ships?
I have a hard time imagining that.
White people built it...
Colored people want to steal it...
lol
“Colored people want to steal it...”
Colored people DO steal it!
It comes out in July. Let’s see

Pressure from gay woke studios
$$
Emily Wilson's 2017 feminized version of the ‘Odyssey’ is said to be Nolan's favorite translation and the vision of this movie. Nolan simped out with the studio's money in hand.
Such a movie or series could start Hunter Shaefer (White tranny from Euphoria) as the head of the Zulus, and “Elliot” Page as his half-brother, Dingane, the assassin.
Anyone who complains is a trans-phobe.
Re: Ellen/Elliot Page. I had the snarky whimsical thought that they’d probably cast Page as Achilles. But then sanity intervened, and I thought, “No, this isn’t a Disney film. Universal wouldn’t do that.”
But I checked. Grok immediately said Achilles. LOL.
Having dealt with Grok enough to realize what it is, I checked further. There is also a Hermes rumor. Yet another source says Elpenor, a young member of the crew who dies and later meets Odysseus again in the underworld.
IMDB just lists Page as “actor.”
As far as I know, Ajax is still untaken. As is Ares.
Do you have any real info on where they put Page? A eunuch in some Persian harem would be a reasonably good fit (ok, ok, wrong sex swap, but it’s at least in the right sandbox), but I don’t recall any eunuchs coming into the story, per Homer (as opposed to Hollywood screenwriters). And I presume that Page would probably refuse such a role on principle, since “he” maintains that “he” is truly a man, and is woke about it.
Btw, I lurk and sometimes post on several film related sites (under different handles). More than once, I’ve asked straightforward questions and offered critical speculations ... and then later see Grok spitting my speculations back at me as the product of its “research.” Grok has also picked up my speculations in its responses to other people as well, so it has not just penetrated the anonymity of an online handle to put me into a feedback loop with myself.
Just be aware, if you use Grok, that it is fully capable of using me as a source worthy to be disseminated. I do NOT think this speaks highly of me. I am just an amateur with a slightly elevated interest in movies. I think it marks Grok as incapable of distinguishing between online graffiti and serious sources.
After all, if I read something on the internet, it has to be true. We all know this.
Grok may have changed its “analysis” by the time you check. In one of my early experiments with it, I corrected a completely ridiculous misidentification ... and then, in response to further corrections, Grok promptly misidentified a movie three different times in succession before I gave it yet another prompt that got it to the right answer.
If I had to guess, I’d say they would make her Paris, as he is the most effeminate man in the Odyssey. But of course, they wouldn’t make a mentally ill tranny into an effeminate male character, so yeah — probably Achilles.
This film is shaping up to be a woke joke.
