n a wildly inflammatory segment on Saturday's edition of The Weekend: Primetime, MS NOW analyst Basil Smikle declared Republican-led redistricting and other moves tantamount to “an American version of apartheid.”

Earlier in the segment, law professor James Sample admitted that the Virginia Supreme Court’s decision striking down the Democrat mid-decade power grab was “probably right on the law” — before declaring it a “disaster for our democracy” anyway.

Oh noes! Not that! Another scary word!
Actually, whatever the merits of apartheid may be in a 12% white society (study it, because it will be on the final exam!) - this is the OPPOSITE of apartheid, by shutting down the US Bantustans (Blacks only congressional districts).
This is Apartheid? Again with the projection. They had Apartheid and SCOTUS has ruled against it.
Democrats demand self-esteem and racial set-asides. Their districts are the worst. They also ignore everyone else in favour of pushing special standards.
They are into deep tribalism where only certain groups can speak. See the 2014 MEAC and SWAC Neosegregation in college football.
