In an enclosed music venue, carbon dioxide rates can easily exceed 1000 PPM. Submarines can exceed 2000 PPM.
CO2 not a scary monster.

But the NUMBERS are MUCH more scary than: 0.1 or 0.2 PERCENT.

Submarines can exceed 2000 PPM. 2,000,000 PPB will REALLY kill ya!
Even the Andromedan galaxy might be affected at 2,000,000,000 PPT!!!

I used to test both the ambient atmosphere as a base line when I was monitoring controlled atmosphere storage rooms to check my analyzer. I did this for 20 plus years. Every year the analyzer, after calibration, would show the nitrogen level to be 78% and the oxygen level to be 21%. Finally the carbon level would be .04%. Year in and year out, through out the months, always the same with just minor deviations.
MY lawn loves carbon in the atmosphere.
