"86" obviously means "get rid of". But it doesn't say how, and it could just as easily mean by impeachment or the 25th Amendment, both of which are legal routes for removal. What we "think" he meant is irrelevant. The inherent ambiguity is going to make a conviction impossible.

As a former AG, lawyer, and prosecutor, he knew exactly what it meant.
He did it for the reasons I stated. The are all valid and verified, especially the ‘burn bag’ records.

Legally, it might be a hard conviction, but every single Traitor and ‘real’ insurrectionist needs to be pursued. I don’t believe it should be dropped, even if he ‘wins’ he loses and Karma visits.

Impeachment or 25th Amendment were never gonna happen with R’s controlling House, Senate, and Presidency. The judiciary (including his daughter) has been doing their level-best but the cases eventually end up at SCOTUS where, so far, the Constitution & laws have mostly won.
