Trump said any country shipping arms will face 50% Tariff on all goods they sell to the US. That means China would need to carefully evaluate the economic cost of arms to Iran.

Trump will need to go to Congress, and the nation is going to to have to make a decision. Every Congressperson will now be on record. That way when the next Iranian attack happens, we can actually point fingers at the people responsible for our dead countrymen and world horrors.
