I’ve seen some pretty impressive bear pictures from game cameras in Pittsburg County. That said it might be a mountain lion that tore her up.

There is a high concentration of bears in that area, and females would have young cubs now, and will be hungry after the winter and extra protective of their cubs. In may the male cubs will be driven off by their mothers and trying to find territory of their own away from other males, stupid and hungry without their moms. Bears are opportunistic feeders, omnivores likely to approach houses looking for garbage than obligate carnivores like big cats or wolves which tend to be much shyer than coyotes. I don’t think there are any wolves in Oklahoma in any case.

But there are a lot of bears and some mountain lion sightings. And there are dogs which aren’t shy at all. She was in the yard and maybe startled a bear that was in her garbage.
