REVEALED: Handwritten letter from Tyler Robinson to lover Lance ‘Luna’ Twiggs confesses to ‘taking out’ Charlie Kirk: court docs
“I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it.”
In an unsealed affidavit for a search warrant in the case of Tyler Robinson, the man charged with the murder of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, it was revealed that he wrote a letter addressed to his trans lover and roommate, Lance Twiggs. That read: “If you are reading this … I am likely dead, or facing a lengthy prison sentence. I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I took it.”
Messages revealed in the affidavit for a search warrant show that Robinson sent messages to Twiggs after the assassination had occurred indicating that he was the one who committed the horrific act. Robinson made similiar declarations on Discord to other friends.
The unsealed search warrant affadavits detail Robinson’s communications after the murder both in text and on Discord chat Robinson was a part of, where an acquaintance of his exclaimed, “Tyler killed Charlie!!!!” The warrants also detail a letter that Robinson left for Twiggs, whom the prosecution has also called on to testify in the case. Twiggs was taking black market hormone therapy and Robinson called him “Luna,” per Fox 13.
“Luna, if you are reading this per my text, then I am so sorry. I left the house this morning on a mission, and sent an auto text. I am likely dead or facing a lengthy prison sentence. I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it,” Robinson stated in the letter, per the warrant.

...and re-tasked them to, what? - sing the praises of Islam? Build a base for DEI? I am no longer sure what they were told to do - but it had nothing to do with traveling in space.

A relative of mine had a similar situation with name changes, and I did some research on what’s needed to get the Star ID/Real ID.
I’m glad you’re getting all the loose ends tied up; will there be a set of connecting documents from your birth certificate name to the current name on your Real ID?
So that way if you had to re-register to vote, everything connects when you show the registrar the documents, and thus prove your US citizenship?
That’s very interesting that the judge and probate department folks are seeing such a volume of requests that they set aside a certain day just for doing name changes.
I’d get both the Star ID and the passport; IIRC they require the same set of documents.

Does your state’s Star ID/Real ID have a marking on the front that says the person on it is a citizen?

What did the crackdown consist of, what are they not allowing now, as opposed to when you applied for your Star ID in July?

Since I had just retired and then moved, some documents were not available, but I had all of the above and everything was fine. I had no W2 or wage statements from my new address since I had retired 6 months prior to my move.
I think that Lyby’s issue revolves around the name change. Renewing her passport ‘should’ provide the necessary proof of full legal name, date of birth, and legal presence.
But I have to say that one should not need a passport to do this. Lyby’s case is probably unusual.
What did strike me as odd, though, was that I didn’t have to take the written Ohio License exam.

I remember on the passport application form it wants to know all the different names you’ve used in the past, up to and including the time of application for the passport.
IIRC to renew an expired passport you’d need the complete paper trail showing the name changes from birth certificate name to the name on your current regular govt issued photo ID/driver’s license.
Official documents (birth, adoptive birth, or naturalization as applicable; marriage certificate, and divorce decree as applicable) including court ordered name changes to link any gaps.
That paper trail is proving to the state department that the person with the ID is the person on the birth (or adoptive birth, or naturalization) certificate, since those three documents are proofs of citizenship.
