What To Know About BA.3.2, The Highly Mutated COVID Variant Spreading Through The World Right Now
Huffington Post ^ | March 26, 2026 | Jillian Wilson

A new COVID-19 variant, BA.3.2, has been detected in 25 states, according to a recent report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The new variant was first found in South Africa in November 2024 and has since spread to at least 23 countries; it accounts for 30% of current COVID-19 cases in certain parts of Europe.

I have to laugh about their headline using the term highly mutated. In the case of a virus like this it does not mean it’s worse it usually means that it’s much Milder as it mutates. But the average Huffington Post reader is going to see highly mutated and panic

I’m at my winter place in Silicon Valley. Mask mandates at health offices are in effect through 3/31. Probably 10% of the population are wearing masks in stores. I was hiking yesterday at Shoreline Park in Mountain View, nice breeze, mid 70s, brilliant sunshine and an Asian woman was wearing a mask outdoors, all by herself!

SIX YEARS on and many studies have shown that basic paper masks are useless. But still they BELIEVE in the magic fairy dust.

I’m 75 and I can’t remember the last time I went there a doctor - probably 50 years ago.

I do occasionally catch a cold or flu - as often as once a year. If they are bad I take cold medicine - they usually go away after several days - sometimes longer.

Who knows, the cold I caught in 2020 may have been Covid, who knows - I never tested negative a test.

As for the shots - I never took a flu shot so I wasn’t going to get a Covid shot.. not that I was afraid they’d kill me - more that I wasn’t afraid Covid would kill me.

My takeaway from Covid was how easily the government could fake a pandemic by issuing swab tests that tell you whether your usual cold symptoms are a cold or a “deadly pandemic” that feels just like a cold.

I’m not saying it was fake - just that the whole thing relied on everyone trusting a swab test designed by the same Big Pharma that was selling the cure. And the distancing mandates were forced by the same Big Gov that would benefit from destroying Trump’s election year economy and imposing mail in ballots.

I found it all very convenient and suspicious, but nearly everyone else swallowed it hook line and sinker. I lost respect for my fellow humans - so easily led by the nose.

Guess we’ll have to lockdown and do mail in ballots

Fauci murdered millions and lives.

And yet he walks free, has a net worth in the tens of millions and appears to be thoroughly enjoying his retirement while his victims have suffered and died.

The message that grave injustice gives is this: if you're in "The Club™" you can do as you wish without fear of retribution - you can steal with impunity, rape children, feather your nest at the expense of others and commit the most vile of acts without a care in the world.

Meanwhile, those outside "The Club™" must actually pay their parking tickets - or else!

Here is my standard COVID-19 treatment regimen:

Timing: Take this regimen in the morning; 10:00am is optimal.

  • Morning cortisol surge (7-9am) helps modulate immune responses
  • Zinc absorption is enhanced during daytime hours with natural cortisol patterns
  • Vitamin D₃ metabolism aligns with circadian rhythms for optimal utilization

1. Quercetin + Zinc

  • Quercetin 500 mg twice daily (total 1,000 mg/day)
  • Zinc (gluconate or picolinate) 50 mg elemental zinc once daily – Quercetin acts as an ionophore to elevate intracellular Zn²⁺ and inhibit viral RNA polymerase and protease activity across RNA viruses.

2. N-Acetylcysteine (NAC)

  • NAC 600 mg twice daily (total 1,200 mg/day) – Provides cysteine for glutathione synthesis, neutralizing free radicals and protecting tissues from oxidative stress damage.

3. Vitamin C

  • Vitamin C 500–1,000 mg twice daily
  • Recycles oxidized quercetin, directly scavenges free radicals, and supports phagocyte and interferon function.

4. Vitamin D₃

  • Vitamin D₃ 5,000–10,000 IU daily for 5–7 days
  • Enhances antimicrobial peptide production, modulates inflammation, and supports epithelial and endothelial defenses.

5. Gatorade or other Electrolyte Replenshmint Drink

  • Take at first sign of fever; continue for 2-3 days until fever breaks.
  • Take 1-2 hours after supplement doses; Sugar content may interfere with zinc absorption; Use primarily between meals for hydration support.
  • Let Gatorade reach room temperature or slightly warm before drinking. Fever is necessary for immune system to function.

Provides:

  • Sodium (160mg per 8oz) for fluid retention and cellular function
  • Potassium (45mg per 8oz) for muscle and nerve function
  • Simple carbohydrates for immune cell energy needs
  • Rapid absorption to quickly correct deficits

Electrolyte replacement works synergistically:

  • Enhanced zinc absorption with proper sodium balance
  • Improved quercetin bioavailability with adequate hydration
  • NAC effectiveness maintained with proper cellular fluid balance
  • Vitamin transport optimized with electrolyte balance

Regimen Duration: Initiate at first symptoms; continue for 5–7 days or until clear improvement. Discontinue once well.

Rationale: This combination:

  • Slows viral replication (quercetin + zinc) - buys time for body's natural immune system to activate
  • Prevents oxidative tissue injury (NAC) - replenishes master anti-oxidant glutathione
  • Optimizes immune responses (vitamins C and D₃) - Vitamin C extends availability of quercetin, D₃ reduces endothelial cell inflammation

Safety: All components have strong safety profiles at these doses for short-term use.

Typical Virus Progression:

  • Day 1-2: Initial symptoms with immune recognition
  • Day 3-4: Progressive fever as immune system activated. Expect peak fever at about 102.5° F.
  • Day 5: Fever peak and break - viral clearance achieved
  • Day 6-7: Recovery and immunity consolidation phase

There’s a medical term for it, but, the simple term is eye stroke.

Our friend says it’s like looking through water/tears. They can see blurred images/colors, no definition.

They had eye injections that barely helped. The pain (of the needle in eye) was worse than not being able to see clearly :-(

Plenty of garbage was posted for long before Mr. Robinson’s passing.

What I’ve noticed is that there seem to be a greatly reduced number of threads posted since he died.

I know if you wear a skull mask, dark glasses and a black hoodie into the grocery store, the manager will soon tell you you don’t have to muzzle up anymore because you’re terrifying the other shoppers.
