I am very sick of judges and society going down this mental health canard for murderers.
If you murder someone (not manslaughter, murder) I do not care about your mental state, you are a 100% intolerable risk to society, there should be no question of them being locked away, they can get treatment later if warranted, while incarcerated, preferably for life.
