Megyn Kelly on Monday questioned President Donald Trump’s coming to the defense of Fox’s Mark Levin amid their ongoing feud, suggesting that Trump may be falling out of touch with his own base.
Kelly and Levin have engaged in an intense war of words in recent weeks, with Kelly becoming especially critical of Trump’s war in Iran and Levin’s support of it. In response, Levin has called Kelly “emotionally unhinged” and “petulant.”
Then, things took a dramatic turn when Kelly referred to Levin as “Micropenis Mark.” She added that Levin “tweets about me obsessively” and that he “doesn’t like it when women like me fight back.”
On Sunday night, Trump took to Truth Social to show his support for Levin. The president claimed that Levin was “under siege by other people with far less Intellect, Capability, and Love for our Country.” He did not explicitly name Kelly.
In a lengthy response to both Levin and Trump published Monday, Kelly argued that the president had lost touch with his party, saying:
Rather than dealing with it like a man — by making a joke about it, whatever, ignoring it, brushing me back from the plate — he actually ran to the President of the United States. He ran to Donald Trump and had Trump send out a nice tweet about him last night overnight. And it was a ridiculous tweet, for which now the president is getting blowback because he does not have his finger on the pulse of where his party is right now, which is very unusual for Trump. This is very strange, the tweet. It’s very strange that Mark Levin couldn’t fight his own battle; but, you know, like true, pathetic, weakling bullies, he’s all bark and no bite as soon as you punch them back.

Kelly added that although Trump didn’t name her, “it’s fair to say” the post was about her and Tucker Carlson — two of Levin’s most vocal critics on the right.
She also took issue with Trump’s claims that those who “speak ill” of Levin are not part of the MAGA movement.
“So you cannot be part of the MAGA movement if you speak ill of Mark Levin,” Kelly continued. “That’s where we are. That doesn’t hurt me at all. I’ve not been part of the MAGA movement. Again, I will stay MAGA-adjacent, which is where I am happily, but he is going to further destroy his own coalition if he continues with this.”
The fact she thinks GOP stands for much beyond getting themselves elected says plenty about her as well
Where are Trump supporters going to go? Ryan, Bush? There really isn’t an alternative.
If I wanted to do the research and I don’t, one could probably find Me-again, as she was known to colleagues at Faux News, criticizing Trump for juvenile name calling.
I don’t think Trump ever stooped to genitalia, although the record shows Faux News favorite Little Marco did.
Tucker is a puke punk. To hell with him. Used to watch him on Fox. Now I would not give you a dime to listen to him. Saw Kelly on Jesse Kelley’s show last week I think. Didn’t like her before or now! Just me I guess.

Like….everywhere lol
She always plays the woman card too
There is no reason for Trump to get in the middle of this. Podcasters get into pissing contests for a lot of reasons including for clicks / ratings. Some fight because they are nutcases or because they are overly-sensitive. That is probably the case here. Levin has a screw loose and is overly-sensitive about all things Israel. Kelly goes into attack mode way to easily over everything and has gone down the looney-right path on the war with her interviews with Carlson. Trump getting in the middle of this fight is like him trying to break up a fight between two rabid dogs. He’s going to get bit with no real benefit.
What the hell?!? I'm staying way clear of this GOP infighting, but this kind of comment is just ridiculous.
Thank God!! Trump's own base doesn't want to be associated with the GOP at all.
She's still under the sad impression that MAGA is connected with the GOP. That's the furthest thing from the truth.
I like Megyn Kelly and I have no issue with her having issues with the war, its her opinion, she has been very supportive of Trump in the past so I wont judge her
Yeah notice the ONLY reason why mediaite which is a far left site is even talking about it is because they enjoy the infighting
“But I think he would be better off if he just stayed out of these squabbles.”
You would think someone would point that out to him. That they haven’t (AFAIK) means they do not have his or the country’s best interest in mind. If Trump has simply decided to ignore their advice it means it might be time for someone to take away his glue and scissors.
More like menopauseing
So were the Vice President and the Secretary of State, so there you go.
Megyn Kelly, along with the likes of Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens, are trying to *change* the pulse of the conservative movement — in fact, they want to destroy it in favor of some style of populism that’s left-wing in all but name, plus pro-Islamic to boot.
Trump hasn’t lost me, or anybody I know — what he’s done is what I voted for. In fact, I hope he’ll take even stronger stances along the same lines.
It may be ridiculous but it is common. I guess Conservatives have plantations too.
You are correct on all counts.
