“The uber rich get their groceries delivered to their car in the supermarket parking lot.”
A lot of regular people get their groceries delivered to their car in the supermarket parking lot.
The Uber rich don’t go to the supermarket.
This. Don’t shop where you aren’t a valued customer. You aren’t valued if they make you check out your own purchases, or force you to wait in long lines.
Well, c’mon, they handled theplastic bag threat.
At least they don’t follow New Jersey’s 1949 law which requires an attendant to pump gas for you. On the rare occasions I have to drive through NJ I make sure I have adequate supplies to avoid it.
As much as I hate self-checkouts, I don’t want the government telling a store how to run its business.
CT is being taxed to death. Property taxes killing us. More important things for the legislature.
That is mostly true. They have their maids and cooks do it for them.
Well, The Demoncrats are broke, they need more laundered money from you and me.
Next they will want to follow New Jersey and declare pumping your own gas as illegal; always requiring a gas station attendant to do it for you.
And why is government sticking their noses in this? Beyond, because they are commie SOB’s, that is?
Yeah and what the hell is the state sticking their nose into this? Someone should propose a law limiting one sheet of toilet paper to one sit per politician.
I can’t spare a square.
Right? Most big retailers are fazing out self check out as people are stealing them blind. Leave it to blue Ct liberal Dems to don’t just stand there. Regulate
I fled Ct in 2013 to paradise in SC. Back in 2013 I became totally disgusted and alienated with the state Dems and Republicans when they passed the draconian Sandy Hook 2A regulations and a blizzard on Feb 1. I put Ct in my rearview by December.
Aren’t there “shoplifting laws” already in effect?
When will CT run out of constituencies to pee off?
