Just get used to it and learn to use the modern one. It has very useful capabilities and you are not obligated to use the useless crap.
I’m getting used to it; but I don’t want to carry it around with me. It’s too big to fit in a pocket, and I don’t need all of that when I’m out shopping, going to the doctor, etc.
Smart phones:
A) They are too damn big.
B) They break too easily.
In my family’s case, we only have 3 users, but, the 4 line plan was cheaper than 3 lines, so, phone #4 is a smart phone I use occasionally almost as a mini-pc indoors and as an emergency / alert / if all else fails device.
For carrying around when I am working on something, which is almost all the time, or hiking or fishing, I much prefer a small flip phone, and even then it often gets ditched because I usually have small tools, parts, etc., in my pockets anyway.
An implant with thought control - mine over it, not the other way around!
?? That I could see being useful as heck.
I do have my limits, however. I’ve never stuffed a bluegill into one of my pockets.
Gee I just posted the exact same advice, then I saw your reply.
