President Trump said he will make a "decision fairly shortly" but that he wants "to have the full and complete Save America Act (which Includes trans issues now)

Probably - but can he be confirmed?
The constitution requires only American Citizens vote in federal election. Congress requiring states to verify that constitutional requirement is not unconstitutional. It can easily be argued the federal government has a stake in ensuring such elections follow the constitutional strictures.
Requiring a state to verify it is following a constitutional requirement is not unconstitutional. Such logic saying it would, invalidates a whole lot of federal oversite where states must operate within constitutional bounds.
This may push some edges but that is exactly why we have a Supreme Court.
Well that’s all they need
And the reason why this would work is because from what I understand according to polling, Paxton would have a harder time winning the Senate race due to those allegations of cheating on his wife(Not sure if its true, I dont know much about the whole thing honestly) and that Cornyn would be a lock if he was the nominee..I am NO fan of Cornyn, but if he passes the SAVE ACT and Paxton can become AG than its a win/win
Wasn’t my original plan, I saw it posted on X..but once I read it, I said DAMN THAT IS A GREAT PLAN!
Section 4 is the only place where imo a potential challenge in the courts can be made.
I highly doubt it.
You doubt a low-level aid would read a conservative forum? Seems like a good practice to me to know what your grass roots base is thinking.
Several times I have been gaming online only to find out I was playing with an actual dev, not so unusual.
It will be Cornyn. Otherwise, there is no reason to wait.
In other words, the price of an endorsement is the SAVE Act. So Thune and Cornyn will get it done. And we get Cornyn for 6 more years.
“LOL I think Trump or some of his aids read FR!”
No way would they waste their time.
Smart. Do your jobs if you want to stay in office.
Andrew Breitbart use to lurk in the Ace Of Spades forum often, eventually he even came out and lamented he wished he had Ace’s commentors.
Sad you think so lowly of this forum and the posters here. Often there is a lot of wisdom and insight to be gleaned in the chaos.
Personally I think this and other places are reviewed for such gems by those thought leaders who care about the base.
I contend that if we have the save act we won’t have shit for brains candidates anymore in office that would threaten a vote for DC or Puerto Rico or any other stupid vote.
Did Paxton have to resign as Texas AG to run for Senator?
Cornyn would be worth it. The save Act is a nation saver.
I went searching and searching for a true breakdown of the benefits of the SAVE Act. Naturally Google Images only had negative pics. I went to Grok for help and - surprise - AI made that image for me!
I think he’s termed out?
“Andrew Breitbart use to lurk in the Ace Of Spades forum often”
Used to.
That would be a wonderful plan. My only issue is that Trump's endorsement for Cornyn should go something like this: "Cornyn has my full support to be hired as County Dog Catcher. He would be the best dog catcher that anyone has ever seen. This is good because he made a lousy Senator."
