Most of the SAVE act is unconstitutional.
Article I section 4 grants Congress the right to overrule State election laws that pertain to the election of Representatives and Senators. That’s all.
Specifically, the methods used by State Legislatures to appoint their Electors for President and Vice President are reserved sovereign powers of the several States.
If you think Congress can make rules for THAT, please cite where in teh Constitution you find such authority granted - because it’s not there.

I would consider dropping out of this race if Senate Leadership agrees to lift the filibuster and passes the SAVE America Act.
John Cornyn is a coward who has refused to support abolishing the filibuster to pass this bill. Now, Fake News reporters and the establishment are trying to destroy me with misinformation.

Paxton (and Trump) are insisting that the Senate filibuster be eliminated now. I don’t think a lot of Sen. Susan Collins, but she recently offered an astute observation about the filibuster. Without it, the Democrats would have already passed D.C. and Puerto Rico statehood (4 new Democrat Senators). Also, Supreme Court expansion would surely come. Frustrating as it is, the filibuster has been a useful backstop in recent years.

My first thought is: Was that due to Bondi’s leadership, or was it due to irrational rulings made by activist judges? I honestly don’t know.
The Epstein files handling has been a mess. The DOJ did get charge some protesters, that’s good. In all the fraud, the stuff done by Schiff and other Dems, no charges, no one facing consequences.
I did see, from unreliable sources, that Trump isn’t happy with Bondi. Weak and ineffective according to questionable sources.
I don’t think that it’s unconstitutional, or they wouldn’t be wasting their time.
