Was surprised to see DirectTV is carrying the Apple F1 broadcast- so i’ll actually get to watch the races this year!!!
Welcome back!
I could understand firing her over her clothing choices
She looks skanky here.
I think she’s ok, she just always picks these Bizzaro Outfits and wears them on camera.
Looks like one of the hotel’s Turkish towels. Awful.
I think the most interesting story going into the weekend is the trouble at Aston Martin and the Honda engine vibrations. Might have to limit laps run for the health of the drivers.

It's entirely possible she doesn't pick them. She might have a publicity contract with some fashion designer.
Ya know those gorgeous suits that UFC announcer Bruce Buffer always wears? They all come from a bespoke tailor in Toronto who pays him to wear them. Plus he gets to keep the suits, which run $4000-$5000 each.
I just read an article on that this afternoon. 20-25 laps for the 2 AM drivers is nuts. “Something’s afoot, Watson”...
I think “Something is rotten in the state of Denmark” is more apropos.
Newey: No spare batteries for Aston Martin. (https://speedcafe.com/f1-news-2026-australian-grand-prix-honda-aston-martin-issues-battery-shortage-adrian-newey-comments-update/)

Thank you very much!
All I got through yesterday was FP1...Mayham should be on the menu for this weekend!
All I get my information on F1 is from Aussie media because David Ellison owns the local broadcaster (CBS Sports on Network Ten).
Podcast about the race: https://speedcafe.com/f1-news-2026-australian-grand-prix-f1-oscar-piastri-practice-supercars-brodie-kostecki/
There were a TONNE of incidents for a 63 mile (19 laps) Supercars race Friday morning too. And Victoria stays a BLUE STATE. No signs of red or white. (Australian motorsport fans’ traditional use of colours for manufacturers, used in NASCAR especially since 2013 when it was Commodore vs Ford in NASCAR from 2013-17)
The first time I heard of Speedcafe was the 2011 US broadcast of the Bathurst 1000. Note a name that Mike Joy says very often today and how Australian fans who later found this video were impressed with his racecraft over Supercars’ own television where you can sense he’s watching his window (and Matt White stuck to his screen).

Could be but she still put them on. Maybe she has a phobia about mirrors.
I am not endorsing gambling or the use of any partiular bookmaker of gaming site. For entertainment purposes only. Never gamble while driving. Destination charges, dealer prep, taxes and license fees not included. Do not remove this tag under penalty of law. YMMV.

By the 90% rule, cars that finish 90% or more of race distance get credit for finishing.
Betting $1 that fewer than 16.5 drivers will be "classified" could win you $1.50. Betting $2.00 that more than 16.5 drivers will be "classified" could win you $1.00. So the odds-makers are banking on 5-6 DNFs.
If 16 cars finish this race, I'd bet a sack full of Double White Castles with cheese that at least a third of them will not be on the same lap as the winner.
Not listed here but betting $1 that "more than 21.5" cars will finish pays $28.
Aston Martin is heavily favored to be the first team to have a retirement ($2.50 bet pays $1). Lance Stroll is favored to be the first driver to retire ($1 bet pays $1.50).
Betting $2.75 that the safety car will be deployed pays $1. Betting $1 it won't pays $2.80.
Russell is favored to win ($1 pays $2.30), followed by Leclerc ($1 pays $4.70) and Verstappen ($1 pays $6).
A $1 bet that Stroll (Or Bottas. Or Perez) will win from pole pays $4000.
Or maybe she has a fetish for folding money.
