Yes, but Iran saw fit to send a missle into Turkey so that might balance things out a bit!
I would think the Kurds could appease the Turks by telling them that they are willing to relinquish their claims to Turkish territory in the event they seize adequate Iranian territory to their needs.
The Kurds are a bit like the Jews pre-1947. Pretty much everybody whose control they've come under wants rid of them. So much so that their only path to preserving their existence necessarily involves autonomous self-rule.
Like the Jews, autonomy won't entirely end their woes but it will put their fate in their own hands.
