Ah, yes...I am indeed a mushroom, and not just ones that are fed manure and kept in the dark!
I had a buddy who gave me a backstop from a deer that he shot, and I sliced them into medallions, floured them with some sage in it, sautéed them in butter and garlic with Morels, and added a little Grand Marnier to it and served them with wild rice!
I need to do that again!
