Nipsey Russell was a good comedian back in the day. Seems like they tried to co-opt his reputation for their restaurant with a sound-alike name.
I still remember a joke he made about white people using a tanning product called Man Tan. He said he’d start using “Yellow Fellow” and meet us halfway!
