Video Transcript Summary

A new California law, Assembly Bill 1043 (signed by Governor Gavin Newsom in late 2025 and effective January 1, 2027), requires operating system providers to implement an age-related feature during account/device setup.

Specifically, it mandates prompting the account holder (typically an adult or parent/guardian) to input the primary user's birth date or age.

The OS must then provide a real-time API that shares an "age bracket" signal (e.g., under 13, 13-15, 16-17, 18+) with app developers upon request, primarily for apps in covered application stores.

This aims to help enforce age-based protections for minors without requiring invasive verification like ID scans or facial recognition in the base law—it's more of a self-reported age signal system.

The law applies broadly to OS providers (including those for general-purpose computing devices), with potential fines of up to $7,500 per non-compliant instance (i.e., per affected user in California), making compliance extremely burdensome or impossible for small/hobbyist/open-source projects like niche BSD variants, Linux distros, FreeDOS, Haiku, or even embedded systems.

In response:

The speaker (likely Lunduke) highlights:Overall, the tone is critical of the law as overreaching government regulation that harms open-source software and small developers, while praising proactive defiance from projects like MidnightBSD and DB48X. The coverage is presented as impactful journalism supported by subscribers.

"Many of you will simply surrender."

I'm not certain it's "surrender" if one finds they agree with the law (I'm a little on the fence). I can imagine this being met with digital certificate tech. I've long thought that the US Post Offices would be ideal for issuing digital certs to US citizens.

This would really be the end of anonymity on the Internet, which is what I'm straddling the fence on. There would be plusses and minuses. I believe one of the plusses would be that peoples' identities could be attached to their messages. Another might be the end of spam email (the certificates of span senders could be revoked). Suddenly most leftists would give a second and third thought to making use of Internet messaging services for nefarious activities. The certificate might be associated with the user's login id, and sent transparently when attempting to access various services.

Your original statement does not apply to Georgia ...

Given that the law under discussion is in California, why on earth would anyone think it did?

We know how progressives are.

The progressives promise, PROMISE, the camel will never be let into the tent. - it will only ever be age verification and nothing more. Swear! Pinky swear.

I live in Illinois. The DMV asks you if you want to register to vote.

I have never seen evidence a single ballot printed in China was cast. We have seen evidence that vote harvesters cast the ballots of the dead, non citizens, minors, movers, vacant houses, vacant lots, felons, etc. But nobody has “proven” a number sufficient to change the election. MAGA has not been willing to provide the hard leg work necessary to develop the evidence. All allegations and hot air. Little hard work.”

You’re not looking hard enough. We’ve already had reports, for instance, of ballots that were supposedly mailed in but were never folded. Those are the ballots you’re looking for. That’s the proof there would be. What more do you want?

We also have reports that legitimate ballots were destroyed. What replaced them? That, too, is the evidence you’re looking for.

Ultimately the biggest evidence will be what the Venezuelan whistleblowers say about how they stole the elections in enough states to steal the whole election for Biden. They say there are 14 ways to steal an election, and they know exactly what they did in each state. What’s going on in Georgia right now is to confirm how the engineers said they stole that state. The discrepancies we already know about in that state are about 10 times as many compromised ballots as needed to change the outcome of the election in GA. We already know that large amounts of ballots were scanned multiple times; what the engineers had to do was to somehow give unique identifiers to each of those “ballots” even though they were just one scanned ballot. That’s where ballots like the Chinese ones would come in. But exactly how it was done will have to be explained by the engineers.

And just a quick comment about your “I have never seen evidence.... allegations and hot air.. nobody has ‘proven’” schtick. What exactly are you doing to get evidence into a court where it can prove anything? If you haven’t noticed, the judges have all said it is nobody’s business and even jailed Tina Peters for making backups of the Dominion files before they were scrubbed, thus proving that Dominion broke state election laws. Judge Totenberg watched an expert change the electronic vote in front of her very eyes using just a pen, and she delayed and shuffled, and ultimately said that election integrity was nobody’s business anyway and dismissed the case, IIRC.

There are people who are not sitting on their fat a$$es like you are more than likely doing. But you may not have noticed that the USA under these judicial tyrants and the treasonous media has become a turd-world country, and evidence can’t even be presented until we overcome that.

Trump said there would be indictments soon, of the people who stole 2020. All in due time. But if the GA evidence shows that the Venezuelan engineers knew exactly how that election was stolen, it will give a lot of legal credibility when they testify to how they stole all the OTHER states’ elections to steal the whole thing for Biden, as they have said.
