How would a "random vagrant" move the body since I don't think a "random vagrant" would have a car?

Although there are some signs of preplanning, a "master criminal" would've been better prepared.

One on-site reporter said there’s a lot of construction going on in the area. Could be that one or two of the workers recognized an easy target (elderly, alone, partially disabled), and took the opportunity to make some money.

There’s a good chance the workers are illegals, and God knows they have no problem killing Americans.

Maybe everyone is overthinking the situation, and it’s just a case of Occam’s Razor.
