Iran’s exiled crown princess joined tens of thousands of demonstrators for a “Global Day of Action” in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday to show support for Iranian people fighting Tehran’s brutal Islamic regime.
Noor Pahlavi spoke at the massive rally, which saw attendees waving flags and unfurling massive banners reading “Help Is On Its Way.”
“This is not just a protest — this is a declaration of a nation reclaiming itself,” said Pahlavi, the daughter of Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, who has called for global protests to increase pressure on Iran.
“Fear, the chief weapon in the Islamic Republic’s arsenal, is no longer effective against the lions and lionesses of Iran. Under gunfire, they rise. Knowing the cost, they rise.”
The demonstration began at City Hall and stretched for blocks, with crowds carrying Iran’s former official flag alongside the stars and stripes. Several attendees also held signs beseeching President Trump to intervene in Iran’s ongoing crackdown against dissenters.
Aryana Amiri, 19, of Thousand Oaks, came to the march with her mother and described the rally as “beautiful” and “emotional.”

I have always had a thing for Persian and Mediterranean women.
I hope Trump vaporizes the mullahcracy. There is no better time. They are isolated. The Persians are in open revolt. They literally have NO WATER. Their only allies are stinky deserts savages. There will be attacks in our western countries thanks to Chomo Joe’s open borders and Europe letting them in but that is coming regardless. We only have one Trump term to do it. And if he doesn’t do it, no one will and Iran gets nukes and they will use them.
These same people protest when we bomb the the current regime.
I see no alternative to getting rid of the mullahs, but just exactly how this plays out remains to be seen. It’s very dicey, and if there are elements of the IRGC who adopt a Hamas-like strategy, there could be a lot of pain for a long time.
Then there are the severe water supply problems. Add some political turmoil and the migrations seen so far will seem like a drop in the bucket. :-(

no I think they were allies of convenience. They were both against the mullahs in the same way that communists and jihadists are allies in the USA. they both want to bring down western civilization in general and the USA in particular
So while the USA and the West remain standing, communists and jihadists are united in their common goal in the USA.
The same was true in the 70s. But once the Shah went down, the mullahs took over.
The same dynamic will be extant in the USA. If the government ever falls, there would be a falling out between the communists and the jihadists. The likelihood is great that the jihadist would win.
That said, right now the communists are much stronger in the USA than the jihhadists but the inner core of communism is parasitic—especially in the USA. communism has no life of it s own. the greater threat to western civilization of these groups is in europe.

Yes. That’s the crux of it. Why they are allies. They also share the victim oppressed by the oppressor mentality.

The best outcome is one where this revolution not only succeeds but spreads to other Islamic s*holes. Train some rebel Iranians in how to fight and give them lots of weapons that look like they came from anywhere but the United States. Too much obvious support from the United States will sufficate other new revolutions that would have otherwise great potential for the beginning of the end of this evil cult.
