The knee cartilage repair stuff is very interesting.
I spent a few years as a runner and pretty much wore most of the cartilage out of my right knee with the left not too far behind. No running. I can walk a good distance though if I’m on my feet too long, it will start hurting a lot. If I sleep wrong, it’ll hurt a lot.
But something that oddly seems to be helping and does not hurt is lifting weights. Now, I’m not nearly as strong as I was as a young man, but I’m having surprisingly good luck with this “hex” bar, a bar shaped like a hexagon with the weights out on the 2 sides, where you do deadlifts without the need to deal with getting the straight bar past your knees.
Like I said, I’m not as strong as I once was. I’ll let everyone know when I can deadlift 188% of my body weight.
But it is the NFL that is enabling these disgusting, anti-America half-time shows. I am bothered by the fact that conservatives are not boycotting the games. If enough people refused to tune in, the NFL would be forced to change course, but people refuse to punish the NFL.

President Trump is set to repeal an Obama-era climate finding that was the basis for federal greenhouse-gas regulation, according to the Environmental Protection Agency.
Repealing the finding, which was a scientific determination that greenhouse gas emissions endanger human health, would remove the legal basis for greenhouse gas regulation, Reuters reported.
The repeal is expected to be published later this week, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday. EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said the repeal would be “the largest act of deregulation in the history of the United States.”
With the repeal, regulatory requirements to measure, report, certify, and comply with federal GHG emission standards for cars would be removed, administration officials told the Journal. However, the repeal would not apply to stationary sources such as power plants.

A man in Georgia has been sentenced to three years and five months in prison for making threats to kill President Donald Trump. Jauan Rashun Porter made the threats on a TikTok livestream.
Porter, while on the livestream, over the course of several minutes, said the following threats, according to the Department of Justice:
“I’m gonna kill Donald Trump. I’m gonna put a 7.62 bullet inside his forehead.”
“I’m gonna watch him bleed out and I’m gonna watch him die.”
“It’ll be on the news . . . his rally is coming up pretty soon and I’m going there and I’m going to put a bullet in his head.”
“I’mma load up a rifle [and] sit inside . . . an abandoned building . . . and when he approaches the rally . . . I’m gonna put one . . . if not the face then . . . in his chest.”
During the livestream, he was also asked about federal agents coming to his door, to which he said, “I’m gonna kill them too . . . and then kill myself[.]”
After starting an investigation into Porter, Secret Service agents and Floyd County police officers conducted a search of Porter’s home, where they found two pipes, pistol ammunition, explosives, and other items.
Porter has multiple previous felony convictions in Floyd County in addition to the threats against Trump. After serving his sentence, he will serve three years of supervised release. He was arrested in the case on August 8, 2025.

Those pretend “parents” sat in the gallery in the school board meeting room as actual families normally would. In this training, one of the parents has a gun. The actors were screaming and yelling and running around the room, witnesses said. School board members and staff were instructed to “run, hide, and fight,” much the same as training provided to students in the event of an active shooter scenario. Again, according to 7News sources, Chandler referred to parents as “disrupters” and “agitators” as she recalled school board meetings last year which many parents attended to speak up in support of three boys who were being investigated by the district in a case centered around policy allowing students to use the bathroom and locker room that matches their chosen gender identity, rather than their biological sex.

The Dems, in conjunction with the MSM and social media platforms, all claimed that it was “Russian disinformation” and stopped the spread of the legitimate story.
Some things had to change before we got to where we are now.
Could you imagine Trump trying to release information about Epstein back in his first term while the Deep State still had control of Twitter? None of this would have worked.
We first had to take over the flow of information. That’s why when Elon bought Twitter, the global game of public perception completely changed. The ability to actually get information to the People became possible.
What we are witnessing today was not possible in Trump’s first term.
In addition to the facts, we have a logical argument that no one has ever been able to refute.
If Trump was implicated with Epstein, the Dems would not have needed to concoct the Russia hoax or any of the other lies about Trump.
If Trump was implicated, why didn’t the Dems mention Epstein a single time before 2016, 2020, during Biden’s term when they had control, or 2024? Why did they have to try to indict Trump for process crimes, the phony documents raid, and other nonsense?
Mueller looked under every single stone, investigated every person Trump ever came in contact with, and was looking for a reason to slap something on Trump. He found nothing. Trump is literally the single most vetted person in history.
If there was ever anything about Trump, the Dems would have released it before Trump won 2016, but there was never anything about Trump, hence why they had to make sh*t up.
The reason why the Democrat elite never brought up Epstein, is because Epstein was part of the Democrat elite, which is confirmed via Epstein’s email history. The Dems never wanted to bring any attention to Epstein, but Trump did before the 2016 election.
If Trump was implicated in crimes with Epstein, why would Trump bring up Epstein and Bill’s time on the island?
It’s a simple matter of logic that cannot be refuted. If there was ever any dirt on Trump, Obama’s cronies like Comey and Brennan would have leaked it, and Epstein never would have been covered up in the first place.
For those asking why Trump pretends not to care about Epstein, the answer is the Streisand Effect.
The Dems/MSM wouldn’t touch the Epstein story with a 40 foot pole for decades, so we had to bait the Left into caring about Epstein.
So Trump hated Epstein/Maxwell, he kicked them off his properties, called them evil as early as 2006, helped law enforcement to bring charges against them, etc.
Then when Trump became President, Trump seized the island, and put them both in jail.
Meanwhile, Epstein was helping the Dems to take down Trump and prevent him from taking office, then helped the Dems attempt to remove Trump once he was in office, all while donating to and instructing Democrat politicians such as Plaskett and Jeffries.
For anyone with any level of objectivity whatsoever, the story is very clear. Not only were Trump and Epstein not buddies, they were enemies, and there was nobody Epstein feared more than Trump. Epstein was part of the Democrat elite and the Deep State brain trust that launched a coup against Trump.
Anyone who thought otherwise never had any clue what they were talking about. If there was even the tiniest sliver of evidence that the Dems could use against Trump, they would have leaked it before Trump reached the bottom of the escalator.
The reason the Dems/MSM didn’t bring up Epstein until the last second, is because they knew where this trail was going to end. The attempts to frame Trump were desperation and psychological projection.
Epstein is, and always has been, a Democrat problem, and those of us who have been preaching this, are not guessing.
We had to dangle the Trump carrot, and the Left took the bait, hook, line, and sinker. The only way to get the Left to pay attention to Epstein, or any scandal for that matter, is if they think it can help them damage Trump. So we let them believe Epstein was about Trump.
It was also important for a matter of optics. If Trump just released all this info right away and was demanding it come out, the Left would have claimed it was politically motivated, fake, doctored, etc., they simply would have refused to believe it, and the MSM would have refused to report on it. In order to mitigate this, Trump had to seem uninterested and get the Left to beg for it first. Trump tricked the Left into demanding the Epstein files, so when the truth eventually came out, they couldn’t dismiss it or ignore it as easily. They are all on record demanding the Epstein files for months.
The Left have become predictable with their TDS, so Trump weaponized it against them. He made it seem like he didn’t want the Epstein files to come out, because he knew this would make the Left want to look into the Epstein files.
Trump intentionally invoked the Streisand Effect to his advantage, aka, reverse psychology. The oldest trick in the book.
I mean, some of us have been telling you the real Epstein story for years.
Everyone laughed at us and said it was a conspiracy theory.
Then after years of dismissing Epstein, the Left and anti-Trumpers decided they were experts about a topic they knew nothing about.
