All three Minnesota church protestors have now been released from federal custody.
A federal magistrate judge on Friday ordered the release of William Kelly, the far-left agitator who stormed a St. Paul church and harassed parishioners on Sunday.
William Kelly was arrested and charged with conspiracy to deprive rights, a federal crime, and violating the FACE Act 18 USC 248 for his involvement in the St. Paul church riots.
Kelly was wearing his signature “**** Trump” beanie when he was taken into custody.
On Friday, Magistrate Shannon Elkins said there was no basis for pretrial detention.
Kelly, a well-known leftist agitator, charged into Cities Church on Sunday as Don Lemon livestreamed the crime.
He got in the face of parishioners and shouted down the pastor.
Kelly later compared storming the church to Jesus flipping over tables in the Temple.
Worshippers and children were absolutely terrified as William Kelly, BLM activist Nikema Armstrong, and Don Lemon interrupted the service and shouted down the pastor.

After storming the church, William Kelly taunted Bondi.
“Yesterday, I went into a church with Nekima Armstrong, and I protested these white supremacists!” he said. “The pastor of the church is a ******** ICE leader in the city?!”
“They want to come after me? **** em!” he said. “**** those ****** Nazis! Come and get me, Pam Bondi! You ******* traitorous *****!”

A federal judge on Friday ordered the release of the other two Minnesota church protestors.
US District Judge Laura Provinzino, a Biden appointee, said the protestors, Nekima Armstrong and Chauntyll Allen, are not a serious flight risk.

Lefty Armstrong’s compensation included $936,395 in salary, plus $201,313 in health coverage, plan contributions, and deferred compensation—bringing her total to over $1.1M million pocketed. By contrast, the (gag) “nonprofit” disbursed roughly $700,052 in “grants” to the needy over the same six years.
You can be sure none of them would have been released if they had been Whites who attacked and harassed worshipers at a mosque, synagogue or black church.

Sigh. as usual media reports, left right or center, simplify issues in reporting of legal matters to the point that the reporting is false.
Reasonable bail is a right under the 8th Amendment. Pretrial detention is the exception, not the rule. You have to work real hard to find articles that describe all three defendants’ terms of release. They’re standard: surrender the passport, no leaving the state, stay away from the church, victims and witnesses. Supervision by the federal pretrial release officials. These are standard terms I would expect to see in a case like this. We can debate whether bond should also have been required, but the implication of this and many other articles that they were essentially just cut loose, is false

All three of them have the right to get out on bail. This isn’t murder. They will get their day in court and hopefully be punished in accordance with their crime.

Years ago, I was invited to a wedding at a Manhattan church. There was an accident on the highway and I was a few minutes late. The church was locked, every door. I had to wait outside until the service was over. Wow. Now the whole country is getting to be like NYC was before Giuliani cleaned it up (and after deBlasio, Bragg and Tish James ruined it again)

they were released on bond period WOW no surprise, they still will have hearings and a trial
those are bond conditions, if they fail the conditions back to jail they can go
