Published in the medical journal Neurology, researchers found that participants who were more active during a specific window of the day had an increased risk of dementia, a condition characterized by declines in memory, language, reasoning and problem-solving skills.

I’d walk into walls with that much sleep.
My cat and I are at our best after ten hours sleep. Have always been this way, Had to have husehold help when my kids were babies or they would have starved. Breakfast? Never. I can only eat after 11 a.m. and dinner is at 7. Two, not three, meals every day..
I’ll be 90 in June. No health problems other than. lousy vision. And a bout of Vertigo a few months ago. I’d never even heard of it.

Our cats ... Well, they’re cats 😁

So I’m good as long as I don’t pick my nose. That just screws everything up.
More wasted study $$.
No wonder the deficit continues to climb. /s
I’m good. I don’t have peak activities.
