Is the judge gonna reimburse the gov if those care centers are found to be fraudulent?
In this kind of situation, I think the side that gets the injunction is supposed to have a fund that would pay all the associated costs if they end up losing the case/appeals.
That’s why Trump had to fork over so much money for Tish James’s lawfare. It was supposed to be in case he lost the case.
