So the cop made a mistake. The predator behind the wheel saw an opening and tried to murder the cop. Predator got shot.
Too bad, so sad.
The car actually struck the officer and knocked him down. Her intent is irrelevant; the officer did the right thing to stop her, protecting himself and other agents.
If a LEO has to tell you more than once to do something, you can’t complain about what happens next.
Why?
Because if you go thru it in stop-frame fashion you will see that (1) her vehicle struck the officer, (2) he withheld firing at her until the vehicle made contact, and, (3) he fired 3 shots with the first being the ‘kill-shot’...the other 2 went into the outside rear-view mirror as he rolled off the front of the vehicle.

The 'truth' is that if the woman had simply obeyed the police order to exit her car, there would be nothing of interest there. When she decided to move her car defiantly she sealed her fate.
I can see an interpretation of the video concluding that the woman simply hoped to escape. It was a truly stupid mistake. What I don't hear enough these past years is reinforcing the timeless warning: don't resist a police order! Police training orders them to become aggressive when facing resistance; the consequence of disobeying a police order is not likely to be pleasant.

Any non-female (and probably some female) lawyers will tell you that when a cop says STOP, you STOP - and then take your case to a judge (which, in Minnesota, would probably be a Somalian). If you try to drive away, the results are your fault.
The conversation here reminds me of when Ashli Babbit was killed on January 6. There were a few FReepers then trying to convince the rest of us that Byrd acted properly and her death was justified. Total nonsense and BS.
