And, unlike the lawfare against Trump, this is real.

“ White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, ODNI Director Tulsi Gabbard, AG Pam Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Chairman Rep. James Comer, and others all eventually provided proof that I was correct”
AND THEN INDICTED AND ARRESTED EXACTLY NOBODY.

RICO charges are easy to file but dammed hard to prove. I think they were designed to tie up the defendants and waste all their finances.

Of course the “deep staters” were involved in a conspiracy. Everybody who pays attention knows it even if they deny it. But nothing will happen.

I think creating and pursuing a crime of “election meddling” is very dangerous. Politics ain’t beanbag.
Seditious conspiracy to overthrow the government of the United States, OTOH, has a nice ring to it.

You will never get justice in a DC court.

IIRC, Harmeet Dhillon was talking about how so many of the lawyers in her division had resigned, as they were not going to participate in investigating the crimes of these people. She was desperate for conservative lawyers, or just non-partisan lawyers, to come in & help. Nothing can be done until solid cases can be put together & they need the manpower to do it.

Like the part about MSNBC talking head regarding the statute of limitation of 5 years, conveniently forgetting to mention RICO wipes it away……
Guess what doesn’t have a statute of limitation? Treason!
