James Comey was indicted, but he appears to have escaped accountability because of legal technicalities. It certainly is a sad state of affairs.

If the RICO statutes are there, and have not been declared “unconstitutional” by some member of the Federal judiciary, then use them, by all means, as ruthlessly as they were thrown against any criminal enterprise.
The Deep State is a criminal enterprise which up to now has been largely successful in avoiding prosecution.
