My guess walnuts under the shrimp, bacon to the right
and then a single almond, and yeah oats at the very bottom.

They look like beans to me, complex carbohydrates. Whole grain bread, rice, and beans. Almonds and walnuts are near the shrimp, and again peanuts and almonds just above the bread. I’ve heard the rule of thumb is to never eat more nuts than you could shell. So example, for peanuts or pistachios, which often come unshelled, you would imagine a handful that you would have to shell versus a handful of pre-shelled poured out of a bag, which would be a double or triple serving.
