"The authors concluded that eating chocolate — notably, they don’t specify dark chocolate here — was associated with a reduced risk of heart disease."
Diana here: LONG article on all the pros and cons. Also touches on the 'heavy metals' found in some sources. The chocolate bars they're promoting are at the link with sources; most are grocery store-available. Looks like 70% dark is the winner!

“Dietitians”
You mean the people that OVERSAW the Obesity Epidemic and still refuse to tell overweight people to stop eating carbs?

My two sisters-in-law are registered dieticians. They dragged me and my wife off to a dieticians convention years ago. I never saw so many overweight and out of shape people in one place at one time. (Yes, I stood outside the conference room...the dieticans were the ones I was seeing not other slugs at the hotel.
Then I realized it was the dieticians who went from eggs being “natures most nearly perfect food” and milk being good for you to them being evil (and maybe now being not so bad.)
I wonder about the ethics of the two nitwits who wrote the article which is little more than an advertisement for HU products.

I’ve learned that most dark chocolate is still full of sugar. I had originally gone dark for a lighter dose of sugar, but it sabotaged me.

Prices are very high, and since article says The aforementioned study got these maximum doses from California’s Prop 65 standards, and authors say that heavy metal exposure in chocolate likely doesn’t pose any real health risk for the average person when consumed in moderation, which means no more than a single 1-ounce serving per day, then there is: HERSHEY'S Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Can, 8 oz Visit the HERSHEY'S Store 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (7,267) | Search this page 9K+ bought in past month $4.97 $4.97 $0.62 per oz( $0.62 / oz) - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0014CSDT8?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
