There is no doubt that things are incredibly perfect today for life on this planet. I still wonder about the mechanism— engineer of course. But the Intelligent Designer made it up in layers that we are sort of able to understand, except we have not reached the point where we can understand what makes things attract across the universe and locally as well.
Nobody knows. Its always been here. God put it here or it was always here and it will always be here or not. ;-)
