He knew he was refusing orders, he knew he would be punished. He did it anyway - sacrificing himself so that the whole world could get answers. The whole system said that it WAS NOBODY’S DAMN BUSINESS WHETHER THE USA WAS TAKEN OVER BY A COUP. This man sacrificed himself to make it his business.To give himself legal standing that the courts wouldn’t allow anybody else to have.
But the swamp even took that away - the right of self-defense. It said that IT DOESN”T EVEN MATTER IF THERE IS NO CONSTITUTIONAL COMMANDER IN CHIEF TO ISSUE COMBAT ORDERS!
Anybody who goes along with Judge Denise Lind’s decision has no place bickering about what President Trump does or doesn’t tell our military people to do, because it’s already legal precedent that even without an order from the CINC, all the orders passed down through the chain of command are lawful. Those who push the button to bomb drug ships are not murdering. They are following a very simple lawful command: press a button. And the chain of command can lawfully tell them to press any button any time even without Presidential authorization. That’s what Denise Lind ruled.
All because somebody in the military leadership knew that Obama was a total fake, a puppet of our treasonous CIA allied with communist enemies of the USA. Brennan and Clapper were AT THE VERY CENTER OF FALSIFYING OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT RECORDS TO COVER UP THAT OBAMA WAS THEIR TOTALLY UNCONSTUTIONAL STOOGE.
Lakin sacrificed himself. Everybody else in this whole story is rotting gangrene whose putrescence smells just like HELL (the place).
And as I think further about this, that decision set us up for “Presidential Executive Orders” without any authorization from the actual President. What that decision amounted to was saying that the administrative state has all the power and the actual President is just a figure-head, like the “kings” in Britain and elsewhere. The very people saying “No Kings” actually put it into a military ruling that even though the Congress only authorized SPECIFICALLY THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF to approve any combat operations in the War on Terror, any combat orders issued were actually legal even if there was no lawful Presidential approval.
This is asinine, unconstitutional drivel that is destroying this country and has gotten us into the mess we’re in. Venezuela has been able to subvert the WHOLE IDEA OF THIS CONSTITUTION simply by bribing all the right judges. The only way we were ever gonna get out of this is by somebody sacrificing himself. Lakin did that, and the a$$hole judge ruled that the Constitution and laws of this country have nothing to do with the lawfulness of combat orders. And all the judges who have ever taken up issues about election integrity have ruled that it is NOBODY’S BUSINESS whether we lose this country and its Constitution or not. The people of the USA have NO VESTED INTEREST in keeping this Constitution. Where the HELL did that come from? And I gave you the answer to that right there in the question.
Lakin admitted in his unsworn statement that he was wrong, that his orders were legitimate and if he had to do it over again he would not have disobeyed the orders.
