A couple of days ago, the meat dept guy gave me a dollar off Leg of Lamb. $5.99 instead of $6.99. They were all about 10 lbs so that’s a $10 savings. I think Cargill is a little loose with their definition of lamb though. That 10 lb leg is the size of my full grown meat goat bucks. AI says 5-8 lb for leg of lamb.

At $60, I better do really good with cooking it. What shall I do with that 2-3 lb bone?
