Our town has had them all:
Bonanza, Quincy’s, Western Steer, Western Sizzlin, Logan’s Roadhouse, and a local owned steakhouse restaurant called Coach & Four.
They all went belly-up except the local one and the owners just retired and sold off the property.
We still have a Long Horns and a Ruth’s Chris, both are very pricey.
And A Golden Corral which has crappy
dried out shoe-leather steaks...............

Yes, don’t go to Golden Corral if you are wanting steak. But most of the GC selections are very good.
