MAGA has been left outraged over a pink, fair-isle patterned J.Crew sweater marketed towards men - claiming it is trying to 'feminize' them.
The conversation was sparked on X (formerly Twitter) after Juanita Broaddrick - a former nurse who accused Bill Clinton of raping her in 1978, allegations that he has fiercely denied and was never charged with - posted about the sweater on the social media platform to her 1.9 million followers.
The jumper, which retails for $168 on J.Crew's website and is described as a 'cold-weather classic,' is knit in a bubblegum-pink color, complete with pink, green and purple fair-isle detailing around its collar.
However, Broaddrick, and many others, were seemingly shocked that any male would be caught dead wearing the item.
'Are you kidding me?? Men, would you wear this $168 sweater?' Broaddrick, who is a big supporter of Donald Trump, wrote on X, including a picture of the sweater for good measure.
In response, she received over 3,000 replies, many of which agreed with her - including Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett, who labeled the sweater as 'something a sorority girl would wear in the '80s.'
MAGA influencer David Freeman, who goes by his Gunther Eagleman online, also chimed in, claiming that it was something that California rep. Eric Swalwell would wear.
'That's a WOMAN'S sweater!' one person wrote.

That’s even too girly for my wife.
It’s the Daily Fail.
Nuff said.
Couldn’t care less if this company wants to go down the path of bud light habe at it
Oh dear. That ain’t right.
Exactly.
Years ago my 120 pound Doberman’s sweater was not warm enough for the weather so I put his half-sister’s pink puffy coat on him to go out.
Oddly, not one single person made any comments about a big @ss male Doberman wearing a pink coat.
Crazy, I know.
Really. The neck looks to be stretched out of shape already. Cheap. That’s when I donate to the thrift shop.
DEVO? This is more like Boy George!
Nope.
It’s a song they did that I’m not sure I can name here but I will anyway.

3/4 of this thread would have never commented if the photo HAD ACCOMPNIED the original post.
$168? I paid about that, each, in 1992 for two sweaters made from Shetland Island wool. I never felt softer, more dense wool. One for my grandmother, one for my girlfriend.
I got them from a clothing shop up the street from the British Museum, in London, Westaway and Westaway, so I may have overpaid. Even so, they had the best woolen wear I’ve ever seen.
Mail UK is just jealous that we still have the right to be offended by things like this publicly and can go on boards like ours here and bitch to high heaven about it, without being persecuted or legally prosecuted for it.
You know, like they could at one time.
I just pinged this picture to one of my gay friends who was on line and asked him if he wanted me to get him that for Christmas, he just lol’d me back and said he wouldn’t be caught dead in that thing.
“I may be gay, but I’m not a limp wristed f*gg*t dude!”
LOL!
I would wear it. :)
And his sister got it as a hand-me-down from her frumpy great-grandmother.
Why is Tom Brady pimping sweaters? Doesn’t he have enough money?
I was all in on Carhartt - wearing a shirt now. However, they seem to be outsourcing more and more and their quality has gown down. I had a Carhartt jacket last over twenty years. Now, I’m lucky to get three at moderate use before one of the seams starts to tear.
gay.
It looks like it’s done on a knitting machine.
Hand knitting is a huge craft in Iceland, with men and women both crafting beautiful things; but you’re not going to get anything nice for $168:
