These are assertions which create a “straw man” argument.

It all depends on the construction of the bullet and what the velocity was when it impacted the body. There are lots of .30-06 caliber hunting bullets which can be fragmented when they hit human vertebrae. We do not know the construction of the bullet that hit Charlie. There are hundreds of different possibilities. That is a simple fact.

The 90 degree assertion is not known. We do not know the bullet hit the vertibrae at 90 degrees. It could easily have hit from a much shallower angle. Bullet paths when they hit flesh, are not always exactly straight.

Charlie was a big man.

If you talk to hunters who have shot lots of game animals, some much smaller than Charlie was, you will find bullets often do strange things when they hit bone.

Here is a discussion of hunting bullet types, which includes a discussion of the common “Cup-and core” hunting bullet, explaining how they can “explode” when they hit bone.

There have been multiple threads posted in the past couple days in which the claim is that the alleged, admitted shooter, is innocent. The claim is that the Furry-loving shooter had a poor gun to kill someone with and that Charlie was shot from behind, not in front, and that there was a camera behind Charlie that caught this all.

The FReeper had videos of AI generated stuff showing this, as stated in the comments from others.

The FReeper’s claim in this was that it was a professional hit and the person in jail was setup.

Not for people who watched the video, besides you don’t need to watch the entire 3 hours, at the bottom of the video is a timeline of the topics being discussed, if you want to fast forward to the topics you are interested in and cut the 3 hours down to less than 1 hour.

I don’t think anyone who starts a thread is required to provide a summary of anything to every who doesn’t want to take the time to either watch the entire video or the parts that are most interesting by fast forwarding to the relevant topics.
