Democratic strategist James Carville predicted on his "Politics War Room" podcast that Democrats will win the 2028 presidential election and move to expand the Supreme Court.

CARVILLE: So I want to talk to Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Alito, Justice Barrett, Justice Kavanaugh, Justice Gorsuch. I might be forgetting one. I'm going to tell you what's going to happen.

A Democrat is going to be elected in 2028. You know that, I know that. It's going to be a Democratic House.

It's going to be a Democratic Senate. The Democratic president is going to announce a special transition advisory committee on the reform of the Supreme Court that we could have our third branch of government has lost the faith and trust of the American people. And his president is going to do everything in the law.

He's going to point a blue ribbon, maybe Judge Ludick and the dean of the, you know, just the usual fucking suspects. All right. And they're going to recommend that the number of Supreme Court justices go from nine to 13.

That's going to happen, people. That's going to happen to you. They're going to win.

The number of justices should be set at 9. I can’t understand why that wasn’t set in stone.

Jonathan Turley: β€œ Democrats are going to pack the USSC, and pass statehood for DC and Puerto Rico....will guarantee Republicans never win another election.”

Packing the SCOTUS should not even be possible.

If the Democrats kiss high enough to Bill Ackman and the money behind our politics Dems may get some wins but I think Carville is a bit high.

Eight Democrats bowed to support Trump last night because of the AIPAC power the Neocon Power those folks were “Linsdey Graham Democrats” as I see it.

Carville won’t see that even if he does he won’t talk about it does not fit narrative.

“will guarantee Republicans never win another election”

I’d rather die a slow, toruous death than to be ruled by these fools.

Let’s a have a war then.

Why would you dedicate your life to a political party?

The Democrats always try to expand their power. They were close to eliminating the filibuster in 2020 and doing this. I think they are over reading too much in this month election results.

We have to hold them off till 2030.

Afterwards due to the Blue State Exodus, Red States will gain 14-28 House seats and electoral votes, locking the Dems out for a generation.

If they get power they will re-flood the country will illegal immigrants and amnesty and fraudulently conduct the census to prevent that.

In the meantime, the GOP should propose a Constitutional Amendment that codifies the size and tenure of SCOTUS.

I have always wondered why the founding fathers detailed the other two branches of government and left SCOTUS hanging out there. Did they want to close out the session early on a Friday or something?

Mid-Terms, then 3 constitutional amendments.

1- lock the number of SCOTUS justices in
2- congressional districting will only be drawn for the representation of municipal communities no larger than existing counties.
3- lock down the “general welfare” clause of the Constitution to a James Madison understanding

You assuming Republicans will run on those 80/20

They won't, they will run the same old McCain/Romney/Rove strategy of staying above the fray. If they are too mean Chuck Schumer won't invite them to any Beltway cocktail party.

4. Clarify the second amendment.
5. Define Citizenship and clarify the census process.

There are a bunch of housekeeping issues that should be “corrected.”
