MAGA Lawmaker Calls Tucker Carlson ‘The Most Dangerous Antisemite In America’
mediaite ^ | Nov 1st | Jennifer Bowers Bahney

Posted on 11/02/2025 9:58:34 PM PST by RandFan

MAGA Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL) had harsh words for former Fox News host Tucker Carlson while discussing anti-Semitism in the GOP before an audience with the American Jewish Coalition on Saturday.

Carlson recently hosted white nationalist Nick Fuentes on his podcast, drawing rebukes from Republicans like Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY).

“It is easy to talk about anti-Semitism on the left,” Fine said. “I want to talk about the dark force rising on our side. Multiple speakers have talked about the rise of anti-Semitism on the right, but it is not enough to speak in platitudes or generalities about the fight. We must call evil by its name.”

As Fine spoke, dozens of people stood in front of him waving red signs that read, “Tucker Is Not MAGA.”

Fine continued:

Five years ago, if I was talking to my father…at 8:59 p.m. at night, he would say “Randy, I’ve got to go, Tucker Carlson is going to be on.” But make no mistake. Today, Tucker Carlson is the most dangerous anti-Semite in America. He has chosen to take on the mantle of leader of a modern-day Hitler youth, to broadcast and feature those who celebrate the Nazis, those who call for the extermination of Israel, to defend Hamas, to even criticize President Trump for stopping Iran’s nuclear ambitions. Friends, make no mistake. Tucker is not MAGA.

I thought Fatty Fine was a Democrat because I see clips of him running his mouth off so much.

Whether Tucker Carlson is an antisemite is a subject of significant controversy and debate, with many Jewish organizations, political figures, and media analysts accusing him of promoting antisemitic conspiracy theories and rhetoric, while his defenders argue he is merely critiquing a foreign government’s influence (Israel)...... and powerful Jewish elites.

Arguments and Allegations that Carlson Promotes Antisemitism

<><>Promoting White Supremacist Tropes: The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and others have repeatedly condemned Carlson for promoting the “Great Replacement Theory,” a racist and antisemitic conspiracy theory which claims that white Americans are being intentionally “replaced” by non-white immigrants, orchestrated by a cabal of Jews.

<><>Hosting and Legitimizing Antisemitic Figures: Carlson has interviewed and praised white nationalist Nick Fuentes and Holocaust revisionist Darryl Cooper, granting them a platform to millions of viewers. This has drawn broad condemnation from Jewish groups and even some fellow Republicans.

<><>Invoking Antisemitic Tropes: Critics argue that Carlson employs classic antisemitic stereotypes, such as portraying Jewish philanthropist George Soros as a “shadowy puppet master” bent on destabilization, which echoes historical caricatures of Jews controlling world events.

<><>Recent Comments at Charlie Kirk’s Memorial: In September 2025, Carlson made comments at Charlie Kirk’s memorial service that Jewish groups and Israeli media asserted invoked harmful blood libel tropes by comparing Kirk’s death to the crucifixion of Jesus and suggesting a plot by “modern Israeli stereotypes” to silence him.

<><>Questioning Allegiance to the U.S.: By suggesting that some political figures are more loyal to Israel than to the United States, critics argue Carlson is employing an age-old antisemitic trope that questions the patriotism and loyalty of Jewish people.

Carlson’s Defense and Counterarguments

<><>Critique of a Foreign Government, Not Judaism: Carlson and his supporters reject the antisemitism label, arguing that his questions are about the influence of a foreign government (Israel) on US policy.....which they contend is a legitimate subject for a journalist or lawmaker...... not an attack on Jews or Judaism itself.

<><>”Sleazy” Accusations: Carlson has described the tactic of being called an anti-semite for asking questions about US dealings with Israel as “sleazy” and an attempt to shut down legitimate debate and scrutiny of foreign influence.

<><>The consensus among major Jewish advocacy groups is that Carlson’s rhetoric promotes antisemitism, regardless of his stated intentions.

Carlson and his allies maintain his commentary is legitimate political discourse.

Carlson has not discussed US tax dollars funding the Israeli military
<><>through annual US “security assistance” packages
<><>and emergency supplemental funding.
<><>Israel is the largest cumulative recipient of US foreign aid tax dollars since WW II.

Annual military aid tax dollars
The US taxpayer provides a significant amount of military aid to Israel
<><>via a 10-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that began in 2019.
<><>the MOU agreement commits multi-billions of US tax dollars
<><>US taxpayers provide Israel with some $3.8 billion annually through 2028.
<><>includes $3.3 billion in Foreign Military Financing (FMF)
<><>and another $500 million tax dollars for cooperative missile defense programs.

Supplemental funding after October 2023
In addition to the annual tax dollar aid, US taxpayers provided further funding after the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack.

In April 2024, an additional $8.7 billion tax dollars in military aid was approved.

Biden gave Israel $12.7 billion tax dollars in 2024-—an election year.

According to Brown University’s “Costs of War” project, the total U.S. military assistance to Israel since October 2023 is at least $21.7 billion -—or more —— US tax dollars.

How US tax dollars aid Israeli settlers:

US military aid tax dollars help Israel maintain a “qualitative military edge” by enabling the purchase of advanced defense systems like US F-35 aircraft, and precision-guided munitions from other countries.

In fact, the Israeli lobby got a US law passed that prevents the US from funding other Mideast countries——funding Israel considers a violation of it’s “qualitative military edge”

The U.S. also supports joint Israeli missile defense projects, including the Iron Dome, David’s Sling, and Arrow systems.

Significantly, US tax dollars maintain a “military equipment stockpile” stored in Israel that can be used by the Israeli military.

RE; “thought he was a democrat”

A quick look at his voting record could probably tell you exactly what he is.

POTUS also seems to be very fond of Qatar. I might believe this Qatar thing if someone would ever prove it. But they never do.

“I don’t base my opinions & beliefs on what some podcaster or talk show host says.”

IOW... “Don’t base opinions & beliefs on what some podcaster or talk show host says.”

Elephant man allegedly shouted “I’M NOT AN ANIMAL! I’M NOT AN ANIAMAL!”

I can say with complete conviction “I’m not a Lemming! “I’m not a Lemming!”

The true party member Komrade Lemming doesn’t even realize there’s a cliff up ahead! The Marxist is banking on that!

Exactly—every Freeper should listen to the entire Tucker/Fuentes interview before devolving into smearing slandering and name calling:

You will not grow a moustache and start slaughtering random Jewish people on the street after listening to it.

Lol.

People are going to be just as disgusted by having "anti-Semite" used to smear their political opponents as they were with the epithet of "racist" being used to shut down debate.

I don't love Tucker or Candace, but I tend to agree with the rest of your statement.

Carlson could only have hoped to be targeted by the likes of Randy fine, Lindsey Graham, and yes, even Ted Cruz.

He could not have come up with better foils on a Hollywood sound stage

How did Cruz look silly by saying the Jews are God’s Chosen people? Because Tucker twisted it into asking if God said Bibi was mentioned in the Bible.

Tucker looked foolish using his mediot tactics with his silly laugh.
