The problem I have with YouTube is typing out a whole comment to a video and then having it vanish. Sometimes, lately. the video has sound, but no picture.

Are you using a VPN? If so, that could be the problem.

I'm not having that problem, but other problems I've had, is that after I watch a video to the complete end, and it goes to the screen with other videos to watch, when I return to the home page, and reload the page to see the red line along the bottom of the video I just watched to make sure the line goes all the way to the end, on many of the videos, the red line is only half or three-quarters of the way through, making it look like I haven't watched the video to the end. Reloading the page does nothing. The red line remains incomplete

The other issue that recently arose is every video I open, and try to click on the up vote, I can't get the up vote to accept my vote. I have to move the screen up a bit more, and hitting it multiple times, it will eventually accept my vote. One last issue I have periodically, but not on the same videos, is the picture will freeze, remain frozen for a while, then suddenly speeds up when it starts again, then return to normal speed.

The last problem I get periodically is that videos will buffer with the little circle going around or sit frozen. I'm not running anything else on my laptop while I'm watching them, and I have to reload the video page to get it going again.

You're probably sorry now that you asked if anyone was having problems with YouTube.

Some of it seems related to their on-going efforts to force ads onto viewers. They keep coming up with new ways to mess with ad blocking software and it impacts things. Another annoyance I have seen, that may or may not relate, is videos playing but with no sound even without any blocking. Oddly, the ads play fine.
