I don’t think they can help themselves one way or the other, in that they feel everything they do is right or at the very least their intentions were ‘’good’’.
The road to hell is a superhighway of good intentions.
There is far more to car performance that 0-60 or quarter-mile times.
All they need to do now is figure out how to make the batteries cheaper, lighter, safer & recharge completely in 15 minutes or so on 120 volts.
Replaceable, disposable and upgradeable.
