As reprehensible as this is, I actually don’t believe it should be something you can be arrested for. No one was hurt, stuff was only disorganized.

The process may be punishment in itself.
Yeah. No need to involve the police just beat his face in until he’s unrecognizable. Then shave just his man bun off.
Vandalism.
Personally, I think that messing with other people’s property should be considered a form of assault.
Would you be arrested for it?
Disorderly conduct at minimum. Possible property damage. F’r should be expelled if he’s a student. Too much of this bs going on.
Looks like a classic attack on the free speech rights of the tablers, to me. It would be, were they lefties.
Disturbing the Peace
Nonsense. I’ll agree it is not a felony, but this is without question vandalism and interfering with others right to assemble and air their views. It deserves a fine, possibly some community service and if the university had any balls a suspension and warning that one more of these and he’s expelled.
It’s ok to disagree but this punk went beyond that and committed vandalism. That is not ok.
Go to your local Democrat headquarters and disorganize their brochures and stuff then. I’m sure they’ll feel the same way.
I’ll go over to your house and flip over your car. How’s that?
Malicious mischief- misdemeanor - would you be ok with someone coming into your house and trashing it?
There is also an implied low-level threat of physical violence involved here. Some 98-lb attendant at the tables would implicitly understand that it might be dangerous to attempt to prevent this act, and might accordingly be placed in a state of fear.
