Yep.
Official 'TEASER' at link.............
Amadeus, the 1985 Milos Forman- directed masterpiece, is being remade.
They replaced the inimitable Tom Hulce with a half-Japanese British citizen name Will Sharpe, because that totally makes sense for the Austrian Mozart?
Meanwhile, F. Murray Abraham's Salieri is being replicated by that robot guy in the Avengers movies.
I'm sure this will turn out great! Here's just a few of the reactions:

I am waiting for a Scandinavian to play Confucius in the movie-bio.
It would be the best portrayal of an Asian since Mickey Rooney as Mr. Yunioshi, John Wayne as Genghis Khan, Susan Hayward as Bortai the Tartar Woman, and Boris Karloff as Charlie Chan.

well here’s the thing— no reason to insult black folk because black people don’t make movies. black people don’t run Hollywood. Every now and again a black fellow is allowed to release a movie but he has to go through a lot of hoops. Make a black Albert Einstein or Moses. That’s more like it. Black Moses
