federal appeals court on Wednesday lifted a judge’s order blocking President Trump from federalizing Oregon National Guard Troops.
On Saturday, Judge Karin Immergut, a Trump appointee, blocked President Trump’s National Guard deployment to Portland.
Judge Immergut issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and blasted President Trump’s decision to deploy troops.
The TRO will expire on October 18.
The judge warned that Trump’s justification to deploy troops to Portland may send the country into a constitutional crisis.
On Sunday, President Trump called up hundreds of California National Guard Troops to Portland to circumvent the judge’s order blocking Oregon National Guard Troop deployment.
Trump also activated up to 400 Texas National Guard troops for deployment to Oregon, Illinois and other states amid violent, anti-ICE protests.

Simple — “delaying action”
Delay for what, I have no idea. Maybe they think they can delay to the next commie-sympathizing Democrat POTUS?

“Why do those juducial morons keep issuing these restraining orders on the President, knowing fully-well they won’t stand?”
They are just buying time for their Marxist Sympatico’s to work on the next strategy.

I understand where you are coming from. We sure don’t have these problems in North Idaho because they would get wiped out.
But their cancer metastasizes. Cities go blue, then states, then the city mayors go commie and will not enforce the law, let Tren de Aragua take over apartments, force out law abiding citizens, assault, maim and kill innocents. Chaos and mayhem just spread and spread. If civilization is not defended and line drawn somewhere, we will always be retreating until there is nowhere left to retreat to.

A legal ruling gut punch to Immergut.

WHO recommended this Judge for appointment by Trump???? Trump needs someone to better vet these judges. Remember the GOP Deep State foisted clowns like Christopher Wray on Trump.

...a Trump appointee...I love how that gets bandied about when it's convenient.
There is usually something behind the scene in controversies like this...such as who recommends judges.
The Third Federalist Society Sheldon Whitehouse (I know)
In the Judiciary Committee, we see the result over and over again?—?meaningless committee hearings where nominees parrot empty words about applying law to fact and respecting precedent; and then, once confirmed and on the bench, those nominees deliver dependably for the partisan and corporate donors behind this Federalist Society operation. Trump unleashes MAGA rebellion on Federalist Society Inside the White House, judicial appointments are being spearheaded by chief of staff Susie Wiles, White House counsel David Warrington and Deputy White House counsel Steve Kenny.
The Federalist Society once played a central role in advising Trump’s White House on those decisions. But in the president’s second term, the process has shifted to include outside influence from the Article III Project, which is spearheaded by close Trump legal ally Mike Davis. There's ALWAYS more to the story than that being told.
JMO, YMMV while giving us all something to think about.

...those nominees deliver dependably for the partisan and corporate donors behind this Federalist Society operation. It makes one consider, if it's true that this happens, which partisan and corporate donors influence her decisions? /rhetorical question

It’s a stupid Senate rule. To get his judges he has to take some Dem judges.

The panel was composed of two judges appointed by Trump and a third appointed by former President Bill Clinton.
Unanimous.
