I just knew that was a headline from the Bee! LOL
The Bee got me. Does that mean I’m gullible? Because I totally expected Comey to pull this.
Didn’t We the People see Mr. Comey in full display in 2016 tell us that basically although Hillary Clinton was guilty of destroying evidence (”scrubbing” the hard disc on her computer), he would not prosecute her?
We’re all witnesses to that.
Isn’t that a problem?
The exact number of 51 is the giveaway. The number would be somewhat different at least given the elapse of time. :)
Stung by the Bee, but these days the Bee is just ahead of the actual event.
I’ll keep the post for future reference.
“.....a letter signed by 51 former intelligence officials testifying to the fact that he’s totally innocent......”
If this weren’t a Babylon Bee article, I would say that the DOJ just got lucky and can add an additional 51 former intelligence officials to the prosecution list of perjurers.
Yes, you have to love the Babylon Bee.
Best laugh of the day, reading that headline.
I knew it had to be the Bee! 😆
But wouldn’t it be funny if it were true? He would totally do that - LOL!
The Bee is Hot today!
The Bee gets me from time to time. The 51 was a sure tell for those of us who remember that letter paid for by Biden.
Same people who signed the Russia letter plus his mother?
this HAS to be satire
😂😂😂
They got me for at least 10 seconds!
You lie and I’ll swear to it.
James comey is the most supercilious and arrogant person I have ever seen on TV.
At first glance, I thought this was real.
Wriiters at the Bee have complained that is it is getting progressively harder to write satire because the time lapse between biting satire and its re-enactment in real life is getting down to days.
It’s going to be very intesting to see what prosecutors do with the case now that Daniel Richman is no longer a reliable witness.
