Case is from Michigan, probably Detroit. Judge, court appointed lawyer, and defendant are all black.
Defendant shows up for video hearing while driving, although it is for traffic offenses and his license is suspended. Defendant extremely disrespectful. Judge orders defendant to show up for in person hearing the next day. He fails to show up for that and a warrant is issued for his arrest.
