'WHAT WERE THEY LOOKING FOR?' Nunes raises questions over Mar-a-Lago rai

Bartiromo asks if Nunes believes those who raided Mar A Lago because they were looking for the Intelligence Community Assessment which was Nunes' report on Russia's influence campaign targeting the 2016 Presidential election. And asks him to confirm that's why they raided Mar A Lago.
Nunes says he believes it was one of the things they were looking for because his report is pretty damning, if people take the time to read it. It's 45 pages in length and was created by a dedicated team and took nearly 2 years down at the CIA looking through it. It was blocked from getting out.
He says the reason that report is so important is that they went through every single piece of intelligence that existed. It was clear that if Putin was going to do anything, he probably wanted Hillary Clinton to win. But the fact was nobody around the world thought Trump was going to win in 2016.

Nunes said it was the same with Putin; Vladimir Putin didn't believe Trump would win either. So when you go through the report, every single piece of intelligence that existed - Nunes and his team went through it and it's in that report. (Intelligence Community Assessment)
Devin said after all this, after all this Trump and Russia, Nunes and his team know the only two people who didn't collude were Trump and Russia. They know that Clinton colluded. They know the DNC colluded.
He notes Bartiromo had John Podesta on her show earlier saying Podesta was lying on television and that Podesta cooked up the entire hoax. He had to be part of the team that cooked that up for the Clinton campaign.
Bartiromo asks Nunes for his take on the DOJ's Strike Force. She asks if he thinks the Strike Force will be able to actually give us accountability. Everything is now going to flow through this Strike Force now, right?
Nunes says yes and that he's assuming once they gather all this information, and Bartiromo broke news that morning (video premiered July 27, 2025) with John Ratcliff saying that there was additional information in the Durham report, a report which Devin has never seen.
So that will be new information. He says you have to compile that information, then the Strike Force will have to work with real investigators, unlike the FAKE investigations that have gone on.

Nunes says he's confident that between the Trump Justice Department working with Kash Patel and Bongino over at the FBI, they'll have a real team of people that will actually look at this information in its entirety, and get to the bottom of it.
He says then, at that point, there's no question - John Ratcliff made criminal referrals, Devin says don't forget that he made a dozen criminal referrals as Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. Those are all sitting over there somewhere. He says hopefully the conspirators will be held accountable.
Bartiromo says she wants to talk about who should be criminally prosecuted after all of this.

Bartiromo notes Devin made several criminal referrals to the DOJ and asks Nunes to tell us about specific crimes that this "Cabal" committed.
Nunes says the easiest ones are lying to Congress and omitting information before Congress (ransomnote: if by 'easiest' he meant easiest to prosecute, maybe this is part of the reason James Comey just declined to testify at Comer's House Oversight Committee re Epstein this week).
He says the most recent one (ransomnote: case?) was put out by Director Gabbard recently in this PDB (Presidential Daily Brief). None of that information was ever given to Congress. That's kind of critical information that was missed, that would have been critically important for our report.

Nunes says that in addition to that, John Ratcliff talked about conspiracy. With conspiracy, there is no statute of limitations. He thinks people need to remember that all of these hoaxes that happened were done by the same people in many cases, and one led to the other.
So you had Hillary, who starts the collusion hoax. Obama continues the collusion hoax. Mueller continues the collusion hoax. Mueller and that team of witch hunters should also be looked at - everything that they did.
Then when Mueller completely flames out because there was no intelligence that tied Trump to Russia, we get this fake whistleblower from inside the agency that says Trump's doing something weird with Ukraine.
And then you get to the Hunter Biden laptop. And then you get to the raid at Mar A Lago. All of that is happening with, basically, the same two dozen people and media operatives that are all involved in perpetuating these hoaxes.
The problem is that you cannot destroy evidence. You cannot hide evidence from Congress. Nunes' team had multiple subpoena's that went out there. He says he'd be surprised to see if any information was hidden from John Durham. He thinks Durham and his team could play a role in maybe helping out the DOJ's new Strike Force because there's probably a lot that was hidden from them.

Nunes says that there's plenty of conspiring going on; in his opinion multiple laws have been broken. The question will be can you build a case strong enough that a jury would convict some of these people. That's really going to be the key.
Bartiromo summarizes, "No statute of limitation on conspiracy. Ten years of lies, attacks to stop Donald Trump." She says she has one more question for him, and tells him "You're a hero."

Bartiromo asks Nunes, after 10 years of lies, how would the world, America, be different had we not been faced with this corruption?
Nunes says you have to ask yourself, 'all the action at the FBI, CIA....all the destruction that's been done there within the ranks, people that lost their jobs, people that were doing things they shouldn't have been doing, just imagine if that focus would have been on places like China.'
He also thinks you have to look seriously at the massacre that's occurring between Russia and Ukraine. If you remember, and this is lost on people, Obama, and his people, and Hillary Clinton loved Putin. They wouldn't do a thing about Putin, as Putin continued to cause problems all over the world.
So now you've seen, Trump loses, Putin invades, millions of casualties here. You have to ask yourself, 'would this have happened had people not corrupted the intelligence and justice systems.
Bartiromo, 'and put politics over national security.'
