The lawsuit is nothing more than a PR stunt and a money grab. Any half-asses lawyer would tell you that you don’t file a personal injury lawsuit until the statute of limitations has nearly expired. That’s because you want to have a full measure of your costs and actual injuries before you file the suit.

Is “Fox Corporation” now Disney? I remember Disney years ago buying out parts of Fox, but not all of it. Not Fox News and not the Fox Sports channels. But, IIRC, the portion of Fox sports that’s on the main Fox network was bought out by Disney.
